State 21 will be keynote speakers at Appleby Associates seminar and networking event on Monday 12th October 2015 at One George Street, Westminster, London SW1P 3AA. Richard Rowland will lead a group from our partners at State21 in an engaging talk about the use of police skills in work based interviewing. As a former Chief Superintendent, Richard will also cover how executives can use the techniques from investigative and motivational interviewing to improve their team and organisation.
