On Wednesday 29th March 2017 State21 had the privilege to present to the UK Harbour Master Association delegates in Edinburgh. "Preparing for the unexpected" referenced to "A guide to Good Practice on Port Marine Operations". The seminar was attended by Harbourmasters form around the UK along with commercial members of UKHMA.
