ESCT recently had the pleasure of delivering training to Port of Tyne staff to help them effectively respond to emergencey and security issues at the Port.
Steven Clapperton, Port of Tyne Harbour Master, said we are delighted to have had State 21 working with us on our emergency response arrangements and the incident command training for our staff has been excellent. This gives us the confidence that, should a major incident occur, our staff have the knowledge and skills to be able to react effectively and to work alongside the emergency services to minimise the impact on ourselves, our customers and our community.
