State 21 are delighted to welcome Gerard Kiernan on board as a new Director. Gerard was previously head of firearms for two police forces before taking up a role as Product & Business Development Manager in the software industry. He currently provides critical incident, JESIP, and Joint Decision Making Model training to ambulance trusts, in addition to on-site planning and operational support to major events such as Farnborough Air Show and the Isle of Wight Festival. Richard Rowland, Managing Director of State 21 said ‘We are delighted to welcome Gerard on board, he adds an enviable skill set to the company, along with being in tune with all our core values’.
